At Village On The Isle, we believe our financial strength provides peace of mind for residents and their families. We are proud of our high standards for financial stewardship that conserve costs while upholding our commitment to providing quality services, accommodations and facilities for our residents.
Village On The Isle is a faith-based, not-for-profit organization governed by a local Board of Trustees. The members of the Board of Trustees are as diverse and accomplished as our residents. They are current and former business executives, physicians, attorneys, investment and finance specialists, building contractors, real estate professionals, and members of the clergy. Their oversight of our financial condition is a critical part of their role with the organization.
Also, our financial stability is affirmed by Fitch Ratings, a global leader in credit ratings and research. In 2016, only 118 of the more than 2,000 Continuing Care Retirements Communities (CCRCs) in the United States were rated by Fitch. Village On The Isle is currently rated a “BBB” Investment Grade, a rating shared by only 66 other CCRCs.
