At Village On The Isle, we believe our financial strength provides peace of mind for residents and their families. We are proud of our high standards for financial stewardship and transparency, and upholding our commitment to offer quality services, accommodations and campus-wide facilities for residents and their guests to enjoy.
Village On The Isle is a faith-based, not-for-profit organization governed by a local Board of Trustees. The members of the Board of Trustees are as diverse and accomplished as our residents. They are current and former business executives, physicians, attorneys, investment and finance specialists, licensed builders, city planners, engineers, real estate professionals, and members of the clergy. Their oversight of our business affairs is a critical part of their role with the organization.
Also, our financial stability is affirmed by Fitch Ratings, a global leader in credit ratings and research. In 2017, only 131 of the more than 2,000 Life Plan Communities (LPCs/CCRCs) in the United States were rated by Fitch. Village On The Isle is rated a “BBB” Investment Grade, a rating shared by only 66 other high-quality Life Plan Communities in the United States.
