Village On The Isle has 211 residential apartment homes in Matthew and Trinity Halls, offering common areas and numerous amenities. Mark Manor, Assisted Living Facility, can accommodate up to 100 people needing assistance with activities of daily living and medication management

Luke Haven is our 60-bed skilled nursing facility providing extensive medical rehabilitation. We also have home health services available to all on the campus.
